Services
Georgia Demolition & Removal provides demolition and removal services across Georgia. All services are subject to a written contract executed prior to commencement. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Estimates
Free estimates are provided as a courtesy and are not binding contracts. Final pricing is established in a written contract after complete site assessment. Estimates may change if site conditions differ materially from what was represented at the time of assessment.
Permits & Compliance
When permit acquisition is included in our scope of work, we make good-faith efforts to obtain required permits. The client is responsible for ensuring that demolition is permitted under applicable local zoning regulations and any deed restrictions or HOA covenants.
Liability
Project responsibilities and applicable terms are described in the written agreement. Discuss pre-existing conditions, known utilities, access limitations and retained property before work starts. Request any insurance documentation needed for your project during quoting.
