Services
Georgia Demolition & Removal provides demolition and removal services across Georgia. All services are subject to a written contract executed prior to commencement. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Estimates
Free estimates are provided as a courtesy and are not binding contracts. Final pricing is established in a written contract after complete site assessment. Estimates may change if site conditions differ materially from what was represented at the time of assessment.
Permits & Compliance
When permit acquisition is included in our scope of work, we make good-faith efforts to obtain required permits. The client is responsible for ensuring that demolition is permitted under applicable local zoning regulations and any deed restrictions or HOA covenants.
Liability
Georgia Demolition & Removal carries comprehensive liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the scope of services contracted. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, underground utilities not disclosed by 811 locates, or damage caused by conditions outside our control.
